The Mansion’s spacious rooms are perfect for, business meetings, showers and special events. The 1600 square foot ballroom opens onto the terrace and gardens with a lovely view of the Arkansas River. Smaller rooms, equipped with basic meeting essentials, are available for corporate meetings. Whether planning an event for 2 or 200, The Mansion provides the ambiance suited to the occasion.
Conferences & Seminars
Basic Rental of the First Floor of the Mansion includes the use of five beautifully furnished rooms decorated in antiques as well as use of the front terrace, which overlooks the Arkansas River. Accommodates up to 50 guests.
- Rate: $750 for a four-hour period.
- Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–noon and 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
Rental of the Living Room, Sun Porch and Library
The spacious living room is decorated in antiques. The rich ambiance of the d?or is enhanced with silk draperies. French doors open to the sun porch. Accommodates up to 30 guests.
- Rate: $150 per hour.
- Available Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Rental of the Ballroom and Terrace
- Rate: $600 for a four-hour period.
- Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–noon & 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
- Audio-visual rentals available on request.
- Valet parking required for events including more than 40 guests and guest rooms must be guaranteed for events lasting past 9:30 p.m. We will arrange for these services and bill you accordingly.
Beverages for 25 are included in our basic rental prices. Each additional guest add $6.50 for beverage service. Please call 918-585-3234 for food/lunch pricing.
Reserve your date:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold requested date. The balance is due two months prior to date. Deposits are not transferable to different dates should you need to reschedule. Contact us at 918-585-3234 to reserve your date.
