The Mansion’s spacious rooms are perfect for business meetings and special events. The 1600 square foot ballroom opens onto the terrace and gardens with a lovely view of the Arkansas River. Smaller rooms, equipped with basic meeting essentials, are available for break-out meetings. Whether planning an event for 2 or 200, The Mansion provides the ambiance suited to the occasion.
Conferences & Seminars
The First Floor of the Mansion includes the use of five beautifully furnished rooms decorated in antiques as well as use of the front terrace, which overlooks the Arkansas River. Accommodates up to 50 guests.

Living Room
The spacious living room is decorated in antiques.

Ballroom and Terrace

- Audio-visual rentals available on request.
- Valet parking required for events including more than 40 guests and guest rooms must be guaranteed for events lasting past 9:30 p.m. We will arrange for these services and bill you accordingly.

Reserve your date:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold requested date. The balance is due two months prior to date. Deposits are not transferable to different dates should you need to reschedule. Contact us at 918-585-3234 to reserve your date.
